Burke

The Burke School - Pre-K and Kindergarten

Kindergarten: Kindergarten students use a variety of materials and media. Materials used include magic markers, crayons, poster paints, oil pastels, watercolors, paste and papers of various kinds. Many of the projects are based on themes of nature, special days of the year, and important events in the children’s lives.

Pre-Kindergarten: The Pre-K students have scheduled art classes with Mrs. Vogel.    They are very enthusiastic and creative artists who enjoy exploring the world of lines, colors and shapes while learning how to use new tools and practicing new skills.
